Staff was super helpful and polite, and the room was very clean, exactly as shown in the website pictures. Breakfast was good, but it was exactly same on both days, so could do with some variety, But enjoyed the breakfast.

This hotel is not only great value for London but also has great, soulful decor, a kitchenette, and spacious room on ground floor for breakfast, snacks and working. We also used gym (peloton) and washing machines, and sat in nearby parks recovering from jetlag. Walked one day from Chiswick to Fulham along the river too. I loved that you could open windows too… and a deliciously comfortable mattress and pillows. Just cant say enough good things.
