Not much. The room was okay but quite small. The balcony is not really usable and overlooks a car park. The beach view is away in the distance.
We booked for a second day and took nearly all day to have our room serviced. Informed that drinking water was only given on the first day. Coffee was not topped up.

Amazing little beachside town with lots and lots of hotels, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Step off point also for tropical island resorts and beaches. Airlie Beach never fails to impress me, gateway to Whitsundays. Airlie beach hotel is awesome for live music and fantastic food. Definitely recommend KCs too for their live music and awesome steaks. Airlie lagoon is a great spot to spend an hour or three swimming or just lazing about.AAnonymous

Everything you need is there - 2 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, balcony, swimming pool, laundry. Next door is the Fat Frog cafe with excellent food & coffee. We had a room overlooking the sea. Not really a swimming beach as quite rocky and the tide goes out a long way. Nearby Shingley Beach is better for swimming but we prefer the lagoon at Airlie Beach (No stngers!!) All good. This is solid 3 star accommodation.

I’m the sure the staff are friendly but they’re employed to sell a crapper on a hill with nowhere to go… we were out by 6AM… I refused to step into the shower spa, gave me the creeps… I’d rather drive home stinky…
