Le Mossman Gorge B&B est un Bed & Breakfast traditionnel situé dans la forêt tropicale. What a gem of a place! The garden...the views.., just wonderful. Our accommidation and all the facilities were superb. Mandy and Chris are excellent hosts and great company. They are so relaxed and happy to share their knowledge etc of the area and advise on trips. Our 3-night stay was one of the highlights of our Aus holiday and we wil be highly recommending it to all friends!

The whole place was magical. We loved bathing in the outdoor shower and bath surrounded by tropical plants. We were here not long after cyclone Jasper hit, so most places in Daintree were closed and there were no other guests. We had to cancel a few tours we booked because of the cyclone but we think that was a blessing in disguise since it gave us time to relax, cook delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen, cool off in the swimming hole a few minutes walk away, walk north along the closed road, helped clear some of the deadfall along one of the trails (we volunteered). There were so many different rainforest sounds in the day and at night. The 5 nights we were there we didn’t use our car to get anywhere, other than when we arrived and left! We will be back one day in the future.

Situé à Diwan, à seulement 6,4 km du centre de découverte de Daintree, Offrant une vue sur la mer, l'Eden Escape met gratuitement à votre disposition une connexion Wi-Fi et un parking privé. Eden Retreat was, to us, a little piece of paradise. The property, gardens and vista were beautiful. We felt completely removed from the rest of the world, and yet everything we wanted to see or do was less than half an hour away by car. Cooking was a breeze with the five-burner gas cooktop and oven, as was meal prep on the long wooden bench top. The pantry included staples such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil and a few sauces and spices. We very much appreciated the inclusion of a stove-top coffee maker too. We loved the view from the bathroom whilst standing under the rain shower each morning. It's possibly the nicest bathroom we've ever seen. The property was truly unique and the use of stone, timber and rock was beautifully and carefully done. Sitting outside first thing in the morning and in the late afternoon listening to the birdsong was delightful. We felt very privileged to be surrounded by the Daintree rainforest whilst looking out over the Coral Sea. A very special place indeed.

This accommodation was fantastic. It was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed, Gigi and Andrea had thought of everything! Such a beautiful view and central to both The Daintree and The Great Barrier Reef. The perfect place to relax after a day of exploring this beautiful area!
